Welcome to my blog! This is where I'm going to be posting occasional ramblings and will be the place to see what I'm up to.
So, first of all an introduction. I'm Nelson Illustrates or better known as Daniel Nelson. I'm a freelance Illustrator from Manchester who has a deep love for history, folklore and anything out of the ordinary. I'm as of now, 23 years old and I have been a freelance Illustrator since I graduated from University with an Illustration degree in 2020.
I've been drawing ever since my hand could wrap itself around a pencil, it would be hard to put a count on exactly how many trees were fallen over the years for me to draw my pictures. (Many of which were discarded in frustration.) These days I create my work digitally on my trusty Huion tablet which has seen me through numerous commissions up to now.
